Our Salon and Spa Mission
It is our mission that every client who visits our salon leaves feeling beautiful and refreshed. Should your services not meet your expectations and you are unsatisfied, we ask that you contact the salon within 36 hours. We will happily provide a complimentary fix or alternative solution to rectify the problem within two weeks of the service.
Pricing
Here at The Beauty Bar 402 we use an a la carte pricing method. Each stylist has their own pricing and it varies depending on difficulty, timing, and so forth. If there are any questions regarding pricing please ask the service provider directly for any clarification.
Cancelation Policy
Our stylists' time is valuable. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice. This gives our stylists time to contact and schedule any clients that may be on a waitlist, allowing us to better serve everyone. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a service as well as no-shows will result in a 50% fee to rebook the next appointment. Clients who repeatedly cancel within 48 hours and no-shows appointments without notice may be subject to 100% fee of the original service in order to rebook the next appointment.
Deposit Policy
Due to the length of these services we do request a non-refundable deposit in order to book your appointment. The deposit will go towards the service and may be transferred to another date if rescheduled within 48 hours of appointment time.
$50: Highlights, Single Process Color, Microblading, and Full Set Lashes
$75: Balayage, Ombre, and Fashion Colors
$100: Color Corrections
Retail Return Policy
Retail products may be exchanged with an original receipt within 14 days of original purchase if they are unopened, only used once, or otherwise approved by management. We do not offer refunds for significantly used product or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise. Prices and services may vary and are subject to change without notice. Please consult your service provider.
